    Standard bike hire requires collecting and returning bikes to the same location — our self-service kiosk at 10 Harrow Street, City (free of charge).


    This option is for those who want their bike delivered to or collected from an alternative location. Please note: bike hire must be booked separately in addition to this delivery option.


    How it works:




    1. Book your preferred bike hire online.




    2. Add this Delivery / Drop-Off option to your cart.




    During checkout, you can choose your pick-up and drop-off location (same or different) from the options below:




    • A: Port Chalmers (close to the cruise ship terminal)




    • B: Portobello (at the ferry terminal or in Portobello township)




    • C: Marlow Park (at the kids’ bike park)




    • D: 10 Harrow Street Kiosk (always available for return)




    This gives you flexibility to start and finish your ride wherever suits you best!
